摘要:
观察食管癌和贲门癌手术大标本离体前后和固定后的收缩变化规律,计算其离体后和固定后的收缩率,为光镜下贲门部位组织结构和范围测量奠定基础。方法:分别测量食管癌和贲门癌手术切除大标本(不包括癌组织)离体前、后和固定后其长度收缩变化,计算收缩率。结果:①食管离体后的新鲜组织和固定后组织的收缩率分别为42%和31%。②贲门离体后的新鲜组织和固定后组织的收缩率分别为32%和24%。③食管和贲门组织总收缩率分别为64%和49%(P<0.05)。结论:食管和贲门组织在离体后和固定后都发生了显著的收缩变化。不同时期的收缩率不同。食管较之贲门组织在不同的时期、不同的状态下有更明显的收缩变化。
Abstract:
To determine the effects of specimens shrinkage by surgical resection and fixation on esophageal and gastric cardia cancers and to calculate the shrinkage rates after resection and fixation, which is the foundation for esophageal and gastric cardia morphometry under microscope.Methods:To measure the different length of specimens (without the tumor) insitu, after resection and fixation respectively. And then to calculate the shrinkage rates.Results: ①The shrinkage rates of the esophagus after resection and fixation were 42% and 31%, respectively. ②The shrinkage rates of gastric cardia after resection and fixation were 32% and 24%, respectively. ③The total shrinkage rates for esophagus and gastric cardia after resection and fixation were 64% and 49%, respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion: The dynamic shrinkage is observed for esophageal and gastric cardia specimens after resection and fixation. The shrinkage rate in esophagus is higher than in gastric cardia, which is different at different condition of resection and fixation.
