摘要:
探讨食管鳞状细胞癌组织中B7H1蛋白和mRNA的表达及其与肿瘤转移的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学技术和RTPCR技术检测54例食管鳞状细胞癌组织以及8例癌旁正常食管黏膜组织中B7H1蛋白和mRNA的表达,分析B7H1的表达与食管鳞状细胞癌患者临床病理特征的关系。结果:食管鳞状细胞癌组织中B7H1蛋白和mRNA的阳性表达率分别为48.2%和31.5%,而癌旁正常食管黏膜组织中无B7H1蛋白和mRNA的表达。B7H1蛋白和mRNA的阳性表达率与食管鳞状细胞癌的浸润深度、淋巴结转移、远处转移及pTNM分期有关(P<0.05)。结论:检测食管鳞状细胞癌组织中B7H1的表达对判断其浸润、转移及病情进展有一定的价值。
Abstract:
To study the relationship between the mRNA and protein expression of B7H1 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and neoplasm metastasis.Methods:Expressions of B7H1 in 54 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and in 8 cases of tumor adjacent normal esophageal mucous tissue were assayed by immunohistochemical staining and RTPCR, and its correlations with patients’ clinical pathological indexes were analyzed.Results:The positive rates of B7H1 protein and B7H1 mRNA were 48.2% and 31.5%, respectively. But B7H1 was negative in tumor adjacent normal esophageal mucous tissue. The positive rates of B7H1 protein and B7H1 mRNA in esophageal carcinoma tissue were both related to the depth of carcinoma infiltration, lymph node metastasis and pTNM stage (P<0.05).Conclusion: Detection of the expression level of B7H1 in esophageal carcinoma plays an important role in judging invasion, metastasis and development of esophageal carcinoma.
