摘要:
探讨进餐因素对中老年女性腰椎骨密度测量的影响。方法:60例女性志愿者,年龄45~75岁。按照年龄段分为3组,每组20例。采用美国GE公司Lunar型双能X线骨密度仪测量腰椎正位(L2~4)骨密度,每个年龄组选取10例作为实验组,于检查当日上午空腹状态下行腰椎骨密度测量,并于进餐约2h后行第2次腰椎骨密度测量。余10例作为对照组,在行第1次扫描后下床,然后再重新摆位进行第2次扫描。结果:各年龄段实验组进餐前后腰椎骨密度测量值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。各年龄段实验组进餐前后骨密度测量的精确性差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);各年龄段实验组和对照组骨密度总体测量的精确性差异亦无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:进餐因素不影响中老年女性DXA腰椎骨密度测量值。
Abstract:
To investigate the influence of pre or postmeal factor on the bone mineral density (BMD) measurement by dual Xray absorptiometry(DXA) at lumbar spine in females.Methods:Sixty female volunteers aging 46~75 years were recruited in the study and divided into three agegroups. There were 10 volunteers for study and 10 volunteers for control in each age group.BMD measurements were performed by GElunar DXA at L24.In study group, twice scans were performed at pre and postmeal within an interval about 2 hours.While in the control group, each subject was just given twice scans with repositioning between scans.Results:BMD and the precision under pre and postmeal condition had no statistical differences among all age groups(P>0.05). Furthermore, the difference of precision between study and control group was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion: Pre or postmeal does not influence the DXA measurements.
