摘要:
测定人鼻咽癌细胞CNE1、CNE2、Hone1及C6661的放射生物学特征参数。方法:采用平板集落形成法测定CNE1、CNE2、Hone1及C66614种鼻咽癌细胞在0、1、2、3、4、6、8、10Gy照射后的存活分数;通过单击多靶模型和线性二次模型分别拟合细胞存活曲线;并计算D0、Dq、N、α、β、α/β值及2Gy照射时的存活分数(SF2)等放射生物学参数值。结果:4种细胞在2种数学模型拟合的细胞存活曲线差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05);其参数D0、Dq、N、α、β、α/β和SF2分别在1.818~2.379、0.192~0.880、1.276~2.388、0.085~0.392、0.026~0.036、2.36~15.08和0.416~0.733。结论:较大的放射敏感性差异可能存在于不同甚至相同分化程度的鼻咽癌细胞之间,提示临床鼻咽癌放疗剂量的个体化需求。
Abstract:
To determine the radiobiological parameters of human nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) cell line CNE1, CNE2, Hone1,and C6661.Methods:The surviving fractions of the four human NPC cell lines at each radiation dose from 0 to 10 Gy were determined using the standard cell cloneogenic assay, and the cell survival curves were fitted with singlehit multitarget model and linearquadratic model,respectively. The values of radiobiological parameters were resulted from the cell survival curves fitted with the two models.Results: There were significant differences among the surviving curves of the four cell lines fitted with both models (P<0.05).D0, Dq, N,α,β,α/β,and SF2 of the four cell lines were 1.818~2.379, 0.192~0.880, 1.276~2.388, 0.085~0.392, 0.026~0.036, 2.36~15.08,and 0.416~0.733, respectively.Conclusion: Radiosensitivity might vary widely among NPC with different or even same differentiation. It implies the clinical requirement of dose individualization for NPC.
