摘要:
探讨细胞周期调控因子CDK1和CDC25B在卵巢癌发生发展中的作用。方法:应用免疫组织化学SP法检测20例正常卵巢组织、20例卵巢良性和76例恶性肿瘤组织中CDK1和CDC25B的表达,并分析其与临床病理参数之间的关系。结果:①CDK1和CDC25B在卵巢癌中的阳性表达率分别为86.8%和57.9%,高于正常卵巢和良性肿瘤组织(P<0.05)。②CDK1的表达与卵巢癌的分化程度、组织学类型、临床分期、患病年龄及有无淋巴结转移无关(P>0.05);CDC25B的表达与卵巢癌的临床分期及有无淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),与卵巢癌的分化程度、组织学类型和患病年龄无关(P>0.05)。③CDK1和CDC25B在卵巢癌中的联合表达阳性率为56.6%,2者成正相关(r=0.378,P<0.05)。结论:CDK1和CDC25B可能与卵巢癌的发生发展及其浸润、转移有关;CDK1和CDC25B在卵巢癌的发生发展中可能具有某种协同作用。
Abstract:
To study the role of cell cycle regulatory factors CDK1 and CDC25B in the occurrence and development of ovarian cancer.Methods:Immunohistochemistry SP method was used to detect the expressions of CDK1 and CDC25B in normal ovarian tissue, benign and malignant tumors.Results:The positive expression rates of CDK1 and CDC25B in ovarian cancer were 86.8% (66/76) and 57.9% (44/76),significantly higher than those of normal tissue and benign tumor (P<0.05).The expression of CDK1 had no correlation with grade, histological type, clinical stage, age and lymphatic metastasis (P>0.05); CDC25B expression was related with clinical stage and lymphatic metastasis (P<0.05), and had no relation with grade, histological type,clinical stage and age (P>0.05).The coexpression rate of CDK1 and CDC25B was 56.6% (43/76), they were positively correlated(r=0.378,P<0.05).Conclusion:CDK1 and CDC25B may be related to the development, invasion and metastasis of ovarian cancer;CDK1 and CDC25B may have some kind of synergistic effect in ovarian cancer.
