摘要:
研究缝隙连接蛋白26(cx26)在出生后大鼠耳蜗不同发育阶段的分布。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法检测cx26在36只大鼠(1周龄组、3周龄组和9周龄组各12只)耳蜗的表达。结果:cx26在3组均有较强的表达,阳性表达主要分布于耳蜗外侧壁血管纹和螺旋韧带,Corti氏器中的支持细胞间以及毛细胞和支持细胞间,螺旋缘以及螺旋神经节细胞。cx26在大鼠耳蜗外侧壁、Corti氏器与螺旋神经节的阳性细胞平均积分光密度3组间两两比较,差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论:大鼠耳蜗发育过程中cx26的表达趋于稳定,没有随着听力的发展而变化。
Abstract:
To analyze the expression of connexin26(cx26) in cochlea of postnatal rat at different developmental stages.Methods:The expression of cx26 in paraffin section of the cochleas was examined using the technique of immunohistochemistry.The image of the stained section of cochleas in three groups (1 week old group,3 weeks old group and 9 weeks old group,and 12 in eaeh group) were analyzed.Results: Strong immunoreactivity for cx26 could be observed in the cochleas of the rat in each group.The immunostaining for cx26 mainly located in stria vascularis,spiral ligament,organ of corti supporting cells,spiral limbus,spiral ganglion cell,and also could be found between hair cells and supporting cells.There was no statistical significance about positive expression of cx26 among the groups in the sites above(P>0.05).Conclusion:cx26 may play an important role in the development of cochlear function.
