摘要:
检测P21WAF1和CDK1在卵巢上皮性癌中的表达,探讨卵巢上皮性癌的发生发展与细胞周期调节异常的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学SP法检测20例正常卵巢组织、20例卵巢良性上皮性肿瘤组织、76例卵巢上皮性癌组织中P21WAF1、CDK1蛋白的表达。结果:P21WAF1、CDK1蛋白在卵巢上皮性癌中的阳性表达率分别为36.8%和92.1%,与正常卵巢组织和卵巢良性上皮性肿瘤组织相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。癌组织中P21WAF1蛋白的表达与FIGO分期有关(P<0.05),P21WAF1蛋白与CDK1蛋白表达成负相关(r=-0.282,P<0.05)。结论:P21WAF1和CDK1在卵巢上皮性癌的发生发展中具有重要作用。P21WAF1蛋白可作为评价卵巢上皮性癌预后的指标。
Abstract:
To examine the expression of P21WAF1,CDK1 protein in the epithelial ovarian cancer,and to investigate the relation between the origination and progression of the epithelial ovarian cancer and the dysregulation of cell cycle.Methods:Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expressions of P21WAF1 and CDK1 protein in 20 cases of normal ovarian, 20 cases of benign epithelial tumor and 76 cases of epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC).Results:The expressions of P21WAF1 and CDK1 protein in EOC were 36.8% and 92.1%,different from those in the normal ovarian and the benign epithelial tumor(P<0.05).The expression of P21WAF1 protein in EOC was associated with the FIGO staging (P<0.05).There was negative correlation between P21WAF1 and CDK1 protein in EOC(r=-0.282,P<0.05).Conclusion: The P21WAF1 protein may be used to evaluate the prognosis of the EOC. P21WAF1 and CDK1 protein may play some significant roles in the origination and progression of the ovarian cancer.
