摘要:
探讨宫颈癌组织中血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)及其受体1(AT1R)和碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)的表达及意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法检测35例宫颈鳞状细胞癌组织中AngⅡ、AT1R和bFGF的表达情况。选择30例宫颈上皮内瘤样病变(CIN)、20例正常宫颈组织作对照。结果:正常宫颈组织中AngⅡ、AT1R和bFGF阳性表达率分别为0%、0%、5%,CIN组织中分别为40.0%、36.7%、23.3%,宫颈癌组织中分别为71.4%、77.1%、65.7%。从正常宫颈到CIN再到宫颈癌,AngⅡ、AT1R和bFGF阳性表达率依次升高(P<0.05)。AngⅡ、AT1R和bFGF与宫颈癌的临床分期、组织学分级、有无淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),与宫颈癌患者的年龄无关(P>0.05)。癌组织中AngⅡ、AT1R和bFGF的表达成正相关(rs分别为0.947,0.860,P<0.05);AngⅡ及AT1R的表达也呈正相关(rs=0.827,P<0.05)。结论:3种蛋白在人宫颈鳞状细胞癌的发生发展中起着重要作用。
Abstract:
To explore the expressions of AngⅡ,AT1R and bFGF in cervical carcinoma(CC) tissue.Methods:Immunohistochemistry SP method was used to detect the expressions of AngⅡ,AT1R and bFGF proteins in 35 cases of CC,30 cases of CIN and 20 cases of normal cervical tissuses.Results: The positive rates of AngⅡ,AT1R and bFGF in normal cervical tissuses were 0%,0%,5%,and 40.0%,36.7% in CIN tissue,71.4%,77.1%,65.7% in CC tissue, respectively. The positive rates of AngⅡ,AT1R and bFGF increased successively from normal cervical tissues to CIN, and from CIN to CC(P<0.05). The expressions of AngⅡ,AT1R和bFGF in CC tissue had significant relation with the FIGO stage, the grade, and lymph node metastasis (P<0.05),and had no relation with the age(P>0.05). The expressions of AngⅡ,AT1R in CC tissue had significantly positive correlation to bFGF(rs=0.947,0.860,respectively,P<0.05),and the expression of AngⅡ in CC tissue had a positive correlation to AT1R (rs=0.827,P<0.05).Conclusion: AngⅡ,ATIR and bFGF may play important roles during the progression of CC.
