摘要:
检测脑瘫患儿TORCH抗体及血清IL4、IFNγ和TNFα水平。方法:应用ELISA法对128例脑瘫患儿血清CMVIgM、TOXIgM、RVIgM和HSV2IgM进行检测,对血清细胞因子IL4、IFNγ和TNFα水平进行检测。130例正常儿作对照。结果:脑瘫患儿中CMVIgM、TOXIgM、HSV2IgM、RVIgM阳性率分别为41.4%、32.8%、14.8%、8.6%,均高于正常儿(P<0.05)。与TORCHIgM阴性脑瘫患儿和正常儿比较,TORCHIgM阳性脑瘫患儿血清IL4水平较低(P<0.05),TNFα和IFNγ水平较高(P<0.05)。结论:脑瘫患儿TORCH感染以CMV为主。脑瘫患儿TORCH感染后,细胞因子分泌失衡,免疫平衡遭到破坏,易致脑损伤。
Abstract:
To detect the antibody of TORCH and the levels of IL4, IFNγ, TNFα in serum of children with cerebral palsy(CP).Methods:CMVIgM, TOXIgM, RVIgM and HSV2IgM in serum and the levels of IL4, IFNγ,TNFα of 128 children with CP were detected.130 normal children were the control.Results: The positive rates of CMVIgM, TOXIgM, HSV2IgM and RVIgM were 41.4%, 32.5%, 14.8%, 8.6% in CP group, which were higher than those in normal children(P<0.05). The level of IL4 was lower (P<0.05), while the levels of TNFα, IFNγ were higher of CP children with TORCHIgM(+).Conclusion: The main infection of TORCH to children with CP was CMV. Infection of TORCH could destroy the balance of immune and cytikines secretion, which would result in CP.
