摘要:
探讨肝癌微环境中CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞(CD4+CD25+regulatory T cells,Treg)与免疫细胞及肝癌细胞凋亡的关系。方法:收集肝癌标本30例(包括肝癌组织及癌旁组织),正常肝组织10例。用免疫组织化学技术检测上述组织中的Treg,应用TUNEL法标记凋亡的免疫细胞和肝癌细胞,并分别计算凋亡指数。结果:癌组织与癌旁组织中的Treg浸润程度及免疫细胞凋亡水平差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。肝癌组织与癌旁组织中Treg浸润程度与免疫细胞凋亡水平呈正相关(r=0.739,0.880,P<0.05),免疫细胞凋亡水平与肝癌细胞凋亡水平呈负相关(r=-0.827,P<0.05)。结论:肝癌微环境中的Treg与免疫细胞凋亡及肿瘤局部免疫密切相关。
Abstract:
To explore the relationship between CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells (Treg) and the apoptosis of immunocytes and hepatocellular carcinoma cells in the microenvironment of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).Methods:Thirty cases of HCC specimens (including HCC and adjacent tissue) and 10 cases of normal liver tissues were collected. Tregs of the abovementioned tissues were detected by immunohistochemical technique. TUNEL assay was used to label the apoptotic immunocytes and HCC cells, and the apoptotic index (AI) was respectively counted.
