摘要:
观察微植体植入即刻负载后不同时期微植体骨界面的组织形态学变化。方法:健康犬4只,微型种植体32枚,将其分别植入犬双侧上颌颊侧基骨处,一侧为实验组,另一侧为对照组。实验组相邻两钉间即刻加载水平向力1.96N。实验动物分别于加载后1、2、4、8周处死。采用HE染色及喷金法对加载后不同时期微植体骨界面横断面各部位组织形态进行观察。结果:观察期内32枚种植体无松动、脱落,周围软组织愈合良好。2周内种植体与骨组织成纤维性愈合;4周时骨界面处有类骨质出现;8周时有层状骨形成。对照组4周时有明显类骨质形成。骨界面处各部位组织反应以颈部最重,尖部最轻;受力侧以吸收为主,非受力侧以增生为主。结论:界面处各部位骨组织反应不同;即刻加载不影响种植体骨界面的骨整合。
Abstract:
To investigate the histology of the interface of implantsbone in different periods after immediately loading.Methods:A total of 32 titanium microscrew implants was used.Four titanium microscrew implants were implanted in buccal maxilla of dog respectively.Two microscrews were loaded with a horizontal loading of 1.96 N immediately by superelastic nickeltitanium coil spring.Four animals were sacrificed at 1, 2, 4,and 8 weeks after operation respectively. Samples of the screws with surrounding bone tissue were examined by HE staining and spraying gold.Results: No mobility of the implants was observed.The fibrous proliferation was happened in 2 weeks,a little osteoid was observed in experimental group at 4 weeks and layered bone presented at 8 weeks. On the contrary osteoid was more obvious in control groups. It was most mild in the apex than middle and cervical parts. There was proliferation in the pressure side,and absorption in the side without pressure.Conclusion: The reaction of bone tissue is different in each part.Osseointegration is not influenced by immediately loading in the interface of implantsbone.
