摘要:
检测肾癌组织中Tiam1与KISS1蛋白的表达。方法:应用免疫组织化学SP法检测50例肾癌患者癌组织、癌旁组织和16例正常肾组织中Tiam1及KISS1蛋白的表达。结果:肾癌组织、癌旁组织和正常肾组织中Tiam1蛋白的阳性表达率分别为82%、6%和6%,3者比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=69.094,P<0.05),KISS1蛋白的阳性表达率分别为30%、90%、88%,3者比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=43.481,P<0.05)。随肾癌分化程度的升高,Tiam1蛋白的阳性表达率逐渐降低(χ2=7.804,P<0.05),KISS1蛋白阳性表达率逐渐升高(χ2=6.770,P<0.05)。肾癌组织、癌旁组织中2者的表达呈负相关(r分别为-0.602和-0.477,P<0.05)。结论:Tiam1蛋白在肾癌组织中高表达,KISS1蛋白在肾癌组织中低表达,联合检测2者有助于进一步阐明肾癌发生发展的机制。
Abstract:
To detect the expressions of Tiam1 and KISS1 protein in renal cell carcinoma(RCC)tissue.Methods:Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of Tiam1 and KISS1 protein in 50 cases of RCC tissue,paracarcinoma tissue and 16 cases of normal renal tissue.Results:The positive rate of Tiam1 in RCC, paracarcinoma,and normal renal tissue was 82%,6%,6%, respectively,and there was significant difference(χ2=69.094,P<0.05);the positive rate of KISS1 in RCC, paracarcinoma, normal renal tissue was 30%,90%,88%,respectively,and there was significant difference(χ2=43.481,P<0.05).Tiam1 protein expression rate decreased as RCC differentiation degree increased (χ2=7.804,P<0.05).KISS1 protein expression rate increased as RCC differentiation degree increased (χ2=6.770,P<0.05). Statistical analysis showed that the expression of Tiam1 protein was negatively correlated with that of KISS1 protein in carcinoma and paracarcinoma tissue(r=-0.602 and -0.477,P<0.05).Conclusion:The expression of Tiam1 protein in RCC is higher, while that of KISS1 protein is lower or missing. Combined detecting of both could be used to explain the development of RCC.
