摘要:
检测canstatin mRNA在结肠癌组织中的表达情况。方法:采用RTPCR检测结肠癌、相应癌旁和远癌组织各40例中canstatin mRNA的表达情况。结果:癌组织中canstatin mRNA相对表达量为(0.47±0.14),低于癌旁组织的(0.58±0.18)和远癌组织的(0.62±0.21)(F=4.075, P=0.03);canstatin mRNA在低分化癌组织中的相对表达量为(0.44±0.20),低于中分化组织的(0.59±0.25)和高分化组织的(0.63±0.09)(F=3.121,P=0.04),canstatin mRNA表达与结肠癌Dukes分期、淋巴结有无转移、患者性别及年龄均无关(F或t分别为1.012、1.961、1.661和2.011,P均>0.05)。结论:canstatin mRNA在结肠癌组织中低表达,可能在结肠癌的发生发展中发挥重要作用。
Abstract:
To detect the expression of canstatin mRNA in human colon carcinoma tissue.Methods:The expression of canstatin mRNA was detected using RTPCR in forty cases of colon cancer tissue,matched paracancer tissue and tissue far away from cancer.Results: The expression level of canstatin mRNA in cancer tissue(0.47±0.14)was lower than those of paracancer tissue(0.58±0.18) and tissue far away from cancer(0.62±0.21)(F=4.075, P=0.03).And the expression level of canstatin mRNA in tissue of low differentia grade (0.44±0.20) was lower than those of middle (0.59±0.25) and high(0.63±0.09) differentia grade (F=3.121,P=0.04).Yet the expression of canstatin mRNA in colon carcinoma tissue had no relationship with Dukes stage, lymph node metastasis,gender or age(F or t was 1.012,1.961,1.661,2.011,P>0.05).Conclusion: The expression of canstatin mRNA in colon carcinoma tissue reduces,and it may play an important role in the development of colon carcinoma.
