摘要:
探讨颞骨外段面神经干的定位方法。方法:对10例(20侧)成人头颅湿标本用上颈段侧方入路进行逐层解剖,观测颞骨外段面神经干与周围结构的毗邻关系。结果:颞骨外段面神经干位置恒定、暴露清晰,外耳道软骨尖距离面神经干(9.60±1.64) mm,鼓乳切迹内侧(12.26±2.14) mm为面神经干。结论:外耳道软骨尖、鼓乳切迹、二腹肌后腹及腮腺后上缘可作为颞骨外段面神经干的定位标志。
Abstract:
To explore the method for locating extratemporal segment of facial nerve trunk.Methods:A total of 10 samples of adult cadaver heads (20 sides) were used for microsurgical dissection with a lateral approach on upper cervix, and the anatomy structures of periextratemporal segment of facial nerve trunk were observed.Results: The position of extratemporal segment of facial nerve trunk was invariable, and exposured clearly. The distance of extratemporal segment of facial nerve trunk to the tip of the tragal pointer was (9.60±1.64) mm.The tympanomastoid notch was situated lateral to facial nerve trunk, the distance was (12.26±2.14) mm.Conclusion: The tragal pointer,typanomastoid notch, posterior belly of digastric muscle and posteriorupper edge of parotid gland are credible anatomic landmarks to identify the extratemporal segment of facial nerve trunk.
