摘要:
通过介入方法行单侧颞浅动脉血管造影术,观察能达到保证头皮血供的动脉最低数目。方法:用介入技术,行单侧颈外动脉和颈内动脉造影(6例),于正侧位观察头皮的动脉血供。经颈外动脉造影时,在生理状态下和按压对侧颞浅动脉搏动点时,分别在正位片上测量经颞浅动脉顶支的造影剂显示的最远点。结果:颞浅动脉的额支、顶支、枕动脉主干以及眶上动脉分支走形基本平行,各终末端在头顶部最密集。在生理状态下和按压对侧颞浅动脉搏动点时,显影的至远点距正中线的夹角分别为(7.81±0.76)°和(20.91±1.76)°(t=26.310,P<0.001)。按压对侧颞浅动脉搏动点时,单侧颞浅动脉顶支的血供范围差异有统计学意义。结论:头皮血管交联成网,单侧颞浅动脉与双侧多组动脉交通。行吻合单侧颞浅动脉的头皮再植术,是治疗头皮撕脱伤可靠的方法。
Abstract:
To ensure the least artery number supplying the whole scalp via interventional single temporal artery angiography.Methods:The arteries in the scalp were observed by using angiographs in 6 patients via the single external and internal carotid.The farthest point of single temporal artery was measured in normotopia separately during physiological and the other temporal artery pulsatile point pressed states.Results: The frontal and parietal branch of temporal artery, occipital artery and supraorbital artery were parallel with each other basically. Their terminals concentrated in vertex.The included angle [(7.81±0.76)° and (20.91±1.76)°]between the farthest point and central line showed significant difference(t=26.310,P<0.001).Conclusion: In the scalp vessel web, the single temporal artery is connected with several other arteries on both sides. The high qualified anastomosis with only one temporal artery would be the best and reliable treatment of scalp avulsion.
