摘要:
检测畸胎瘤衍生生长因子1(Cripto1)及CD34抗原在白血病(AL)患者骨髓细胞的表达情况。方法:应用流式细胞术检测63例初治AL患者[其中急性髓系白血病(AML)49例,急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)14例]及16例对照人群骨髓细胞中Cripto1及CD34抗原的表达。结果:Cripto1在AL患者及正常对照组的阳性表达率分别为26.98%和0(P=0.007),CD34的阳性表达率分别为60.32 %和0(P<0.001)。ALL患者中未检测到Cripto1的表达,AML患者中Cripto1及CD34的表达具有关联性(χ2=9.095,rP=0.396,P=0.003)。结论:AL患者Cripto1及CD34表达升高。Cripto1/CD34共同高表达是AL的一个不良预后因素。
Abstract:
To detect the expression of Cripto1 and CD34 in bone marrow cells of acute leukemia (AL) patients.Methods:Flow cytometry was used to detect the expression of Cripto1 and CD34 in bone marrow cells of 63 patients with AL [49 cases of acute myeloid leukemia(AML), 14 cases of acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL)] and 16 cases of control.Results:The positive expression rate of Cripto1 and CD34 in AL patients was significantly higher than those in controls (26.98% vs.0,P=0.007;60.32% vs. 0,P<0.001). The positive expression rate of Cripto1 was 0 in all the cases of ALL,and there was a positive correlation between the positive expression rate of Cripto1 and CD34 in the AML patients(χ2=9.095,rP=0.396,P=0.003).Conclusion:AL patient has higher Cripto1 and CD34 expression, and Cripto1/CD34 coexpression might provide adverse prognostic stratification of AL.
