摘要:
观察大豆异黄酮(GS)对去卵巢大鼠子宫内膜细胞增殖的影响。方法:30只成年雌性去卵巢大鼠于术后8 d随机分为阴性对照组、GS(低、中、高)剂量组与阳性对照组,按2.0 mL/kg分别腹腔注射蒸馏水、GS及雌二醇(E2),1次/d,连续注射3 d。观察各组大鼠子宫内膜细胞有丝分裂数。结果:阴性对照组、阳性对照组及GS组细胞有丝分裂数差异有统计学意义(F=54.886,P<0.001),且阳性对照组与GS组均高于阴性对照组(P<0.05)。随GS剂量的升高,GS组细胞有丝分裂数增加(F=4.692,P=0.026)。结论:GS能加速去卵巢大鼠子宫内膜细胞的分裂和增殖,其在大鼠体内可能具有雌激素样作用。
Abstract:
To study the effects of genistein(GS) on endometrium proliferation in ovariectomized rats.Methods:A total of 30 ovariectomized mature female SD rats were allocated into negative control group,(low,middle,highdose GS)group,and positive control group,and were given normal saline, GS (0.02,0.10,and 0.50 mg/kg),and E2 for three days.The proliferative effects were evaluated by number of mitotic cells.Results:The number of mitotic cells in negative control group,positive control group,and GS group had significant difference (F=54.886,P<0.001),and the number of mitotic cells in positive control group and GS group was higher than that in negative control group (P<0.05).The number of mitotic cells increased with the increase of the dose of GS (F=4.692,P=0.026).Conclusion: GS can promote proliferation of endometrial cells in rats,therefore,it is likely to act as an estrogen in vivo.
