摘要:
检测过敏性紫癜患儿食物过敏原特异性IgG抗体。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测156例过敏性紫癜患儿(男100例,女56例)及100例健康对照者14种日常食物过敏原特异性IgG抗体水平。结果:患儿组食物过敏原特异性IgG抗体阳性率为100.0%,较对照组(65.0%)升高(χ2=63.247,P<0.001),且患儿组4种以上食物过敏原阳性者占48.7%,高于对照组的8.0%(χ2=45.828,P<0.001)。通过调整饮食,大多数患儿病情好转,治疗有效率为73.0%。男、女患儿在不耐受食物分布及耐受程度上存在部分差异。结论:过敏性紫癜与食物不耐受密切相关,部分结果存在性别差异。
Abstract:
To detect food allergenspecific IgG antibody in children with HenochSchonlein purpura.Methods:Enzymelinked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to detect 14 kinds of daily food allergenspecific IgG antibody levels in 156 children with HenochSchonlein purpura (male 100 cases, female 56 cases) and 100 healthy controls.Results: IgG antibodies positive rate in HenochSchonlein purpura group was 100.0%,significantly higher than that (65.0%) in control group(χ2=63.247,P<0.001).More than 4 kinds of allergenpositive accounted for 48.7% in HenochScholnlein purpura group, higher than that (8.0%) in control group (χ2=45.828,P<0.001). The efficiency of treatment by adjusting diet in HenochSchonlein purpura group was 73.0%.The distribution of nontolerant food and nontolerance existed some differences between male children and female children.Conclusion: HenochSchonlein purpura diseases and food intolerance are closely related, and some of the results exist gender differences.
