摘要:
讨论冠心病患者血清中可溶性不规则趋化因子(sFKN)和肿瘤坏死因子α(TNFα)水平的变化及贝那普利对2者表达的影响。方法:经冠脉造影排除冠心病的患者(对照组)15例,稳定型心绞痛(SA)患者25例,急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者48例(服用贝那普利6个月以上者28例,近6个月内未应用任何血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂类及血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂类药物者20例),用酶联免疫吸附法测定患者血清中sFKN和TNFα的水平;冠状动脉造影评估冠状动脉狭窄程度,记录Gensini积分。结果:3组患者血清sFKN、TNFα水平及Gensini积分差异均有统计学意义(F分别为298.35,348.69和209.64,P均<0.001),SA、ACS组3者水平均高于对照组(P均<0.01),ACS组高于SA组(P均<0.01)。服用贝那普利6个月以上者血清sFKN和TNFα浓度低于未应用者(t分别为2.28,2.49,P均<0.05)。冠心病患者血清sFKN和TNFα水平呈正相关(r=0.700,P=0.012),sFKN、TNFα与Gensini积分无线性相关(r=0.485,P=0.270;r=0.468,P=0.290)。结论:血清sFKN和TNFα是冠心病发病过程中的重要炎症介质,贝那普利可能存在抗炎作用。
Abstract:
To observe the roles of soluble fractalkine(sFKN) and tumor necrosis factoralpha(TNFα) in coronary heart disease development and the effect of benazepril on them.Methods:A total of 15 normal controls,25 cases of stable angina(SA) and 48 cases of acute coronary syndrome(ACS) patients(including 28 cases with benazepril treatment for 6 months and 20 cases without) were subjected to detect the serum levels of sFKN and TNFα by enzyme linked immunosorbent, and Gensini score was recorded.Results: There were significant differences in serum levels of sFKN,TNFα and Gensini score among the three groups (F was 298.35,348.69,and 209.64,respectively, all P<0.001).The levels of the 3 indexes were higher in ACS and SA groups than those in the control group (P<0.01), and those in ACS group were higher than in SA group (P<0.01).The serum levels of sFKN and TNFα were lower in patients with benazepril treatment than those without(t was 2.28,2.49,respectively, both P<0.05). The serum sFKN level of coronary heart disease patients was related to that of TNFα(r=0.700,P=0.012),but there was no significant correlation between sFKN or TNFα and Gensini score(r=0.485,P=0.270;r=0.468,P=0.290).Conclusion:TNFα and sFKN may play important roles in development of coronary heart disease and the patients with coronary heart disease could get benefit from benazepril treatment.
