摘要:
观察5氟尿嘧啶固体脂质纳米粒(5FUSLNs)在小鼠体内的分布特征。方法:取42只小鼠分为2组,分别以60 mg/kg的剂量尾静脉注射5FUSLNs和游离5FU,于给药后不同时间采用高效液相色谱法测定心、肝、胃、肺和肾等组织中5FU的浓度,对5FUSLNs在小鼠体内组织的分布特征进行评价。结果:与游离5FU相比,5FUSLNs在肾和肺中的总靶向效率分别从(20.42±0.08)%和(21.29±0.23)%增至(34.34±0.02)%和(23.29±0.03)%(t=21.760和11.656,P均<0.05),在心、肝和胃中的分布无明显变化(t=8.043,36.097和7.457,P>0.05)。结论:5FUSLNs可改变小鼠体内药物的分布,对肺和肾具有亲和性和靶向作用。
Abstract:
To study in vivo biodistribution of 5fluorouracil solid lipid nanoparticles(5FUSLNs) in mice.Methods:HPLC method was established to determine 5FU in mice tissue homogenates.A total of 42 mice were randomly allocated into two groups.
