摘要:
目的:比较不同粘结系统粘固2种玻璃纤维桩后,在不同桩道深度的剪切粘结强度。方法:选取36颗新鲜单根管牙,常规根管治疗后分成4组:POPO玻璃纤维桩和自粘结树脂水门汀(POPO+SA);POPO玻璃纤维桩和全酸蚀粘结系统(POPO+ER);Para Post玻璃纤维桩和自粘结树脂水门汀(PP+SA);Para Post玻璃纤维桩和全酸蚀粘结系统(PP+ER),每组9颗。桩道预备后按分组将纤维桩粘固于根管中,每个牙根切成厚度1 mm的薄片6个,按桩道深度记为颈1/3、中1/3和根尖1/3,各2片。采用薄片推出试验测量剪切粘结强度。结果:纤维桩、粘结系统和桩道深度均对剪切粘结强度有影响。纤维桩与粘结系统两因素间有交互作用(F=13.081,P<0.001)。在桩道中1/3,PP+SA组剪切粘结强度(9.900±0.934)MPa高于POPO+SA组的(6.537±0.801)MPa和POPO+ER组的(7.406±0.758)MPa(P<0.05);在桩道根尖1/3,PP+SA组剪切粘结强度(5.350±0.488)MPa高于PP+ER组的(2.534±0.548)MPa (P<0.05)。各组粘结强度随桩道深度增加而呈下降趋势(F=99.555,P<0.001)。结论:Para Post玻璃纤维桩与自粘结树脂水门汀联合使用的粘结效果最佳; 树脂粘结系统粘结效果在根颈部更可靠。
Abstract:
Aim: To compare the shear bond strength of two types of glassfiber posts luted with different adhesive systems in three root regions.Methods:Thirtysix intact singlerooted premolars were collected and removed the crown. After root canal therapy, teeth were randomly divided into 4 groups (n=9):POPO fiber posts with selfadhesive(POPO+SA), POPO fiber posts with etchandrinse(POPO+ER), Para Post with selfadhesive(PP+SA), Para Post with etchandrinse(PP+ER). Each root was sectioned into six 1 mmthick serial slices and a pushout test was performed to measure shear bond strength.Results:There was significant interaction between the two factors fiber post and adhesive system (F=13.081,P<0.001). The group PP+SA(9.900±0.934) MPa resulted in significantly higher shear bond strengths than POPO+SA(6.537±0.801) MPa and POPO+ER(7.406±0.758) MPa (P<0.05). The group PP+SA(5.350±0.488) MPa resulted in significantly higher shear bond strength than PP+ER (2.534±0.548) MPa (P<0.05).Bond strengths decreased significantly from coronal to apical root canal regions for each group (F=99.555,P<0.001).Conclusion:Para Post and selfadhesive cement provide better post retention. Bonding at the coronal level of the root canal is more reliable than at the apical level.
