目的:检测不同宫颈病变组织中CMYC基因和P16蛋白的表达。方法:选择慢性宫颈炎40例,宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)Ⅰ级108例,CINⅡ级50例,CINⅢ级35例,浸润性宫颈鳞状细胞癌38例,腺癌14例,分别采用荧光原位杂交技术和免疫组化SP技术检测各级宫颈病变组织中CMYC基因及P16蛋白的表达。结果:随宫颈病变级别的升高,CMYC基因阳性表达率与P16蛋白阳性表达率均呈升高的趋势(χ2=104.702和137.265,P均<0.001)。随宫颈癌分化程度的降低,CMYC基因的阳性表达率上升(χ2=6.054,P=0.014)。结论:P16可作为宫颈癌的早期预测指标,而CMYC基因则与宫颈癌的发生发展关系密切。
Abstract:
Aim:To detect the expressions of CMYC and P16 in different cervical lesions.Methods:The expressions of CMYC and P16 in 40 cases of chronic cervicitis,108 cases of CINⅠ, 50 cases of CINⅡ, 35 cases of CINⅢ,38 cases of cevical squamous cell carcinoma,and 14 cases of cervical adenocarcinoma, were detected using FISH and immunohistochemical staining,respectively.Results: The amplification of CMYC gene and the positive rates of P16 protein increased with the severity of the lesions(χ2=104.702 and 137.265,P<0.001). The positive expression of CMYC was related with the differentiation degree of cervical carcinoma(χ2=6.054,P=0.014).Conclusion:As a predicting method,P16 is likely used as a better tumor index for early cervical carcinoma screening and CMYC gene may play an important role in the development of uterine cervical carcinoma.
