目的:探讨多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者胰岛素抵抗(IR)状态与氧化应激的关系。方法:PCOS患者80例,包括IR组患者43例和非IR组患者37例,另取因输卵管或男性原因不育而月经规律、内分泌激素正常的对照组患者30例,检测各组患者空腹血糖(FSG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS),计算胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMAIR)并检验血清丙二醛(MDA)水平以及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSHPx)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性。结果:3组患者血清GSHPx、SOD和MDA水平比较,差异有统计学意义(F=12.203、27.221和16.715,P均<0.001)。IR和非IR组PCOS患者血清MDA水平均高于正常对照组,GSHPx和SOD活性低于正常对照组(P<0.05);IR组血清MDA水平高于非IR组患者,而血清GSHPx和SOD活性低于非IR组患者(P<0.05)。PCOS患者HOMAIR和血清MDA水平呈正相关(r=0.793, P<0.01),与血清GSHPx、SOD活性呈负相关(r=-0.724和-0.750,P<0.05)。结论:氧化应激与PCOS患者胰岛素抵抗密切相关。
Abstract:
Aim:To investigate the relationship between insulin resistance (IR) and oxidative stress in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods: The concentration levels of serum malondialdehyde (MDA), serum glutathione peroxidase (GSHPx) and the activity of serum superoxide dismutase (SOD) in 80 women with PCOS ( 43 associated with IR and 37 without IR),and 30 normal women were measured.Results:The levels of serum GSHPx,SOD,and MDA among 3 groups had significant differences (F=12.203,27.221,and 16.715,P<0.001).Compared with the control group, MDA in patients with PCOS was increased,while GSHPx and SOD were decreased (P<0.05). Compared with the nonIR group, MDA in patients with IR was increased,while GSHPx and SOD were decreased(P<0.05). HOMAIR in PCOS patients were positively associated with serum MDA(r=0.793, P<0.01), and were negatively associated with serum GSHPx or SOD (r=-0.724 and -0.750,P<0.05).Conclusions:IR is closely related with oxidative stress in patients with PCOS.
