摘要:
目的:应用显微电子计算机断层摄影(MicroCT)测量牙种植区颌骨骨密度。方法:应用MicroCT对20例牙种植患者进行上、下颌骨扫描,三维重建,进行骨密度测量。结果:下颌骨前牙区平均骨密度值最大值为(945.23±102.46) HU,上颌骨后牙区平均骨密度最小值为(534.77±232.17)HU。结论:MicroCT可以提供种植区骨密度的信息,对提高牙种植成功率具有重要参考价值。
Abstract:
Aim:To study bone density of implantation sites using the microcompated tomography(MicroCT).Methods:The jaw bone of 20 patients was scanned by MicroCT,and the scanned images were reconstructed by the 3D techniques.The bone density was measured.Results:The anterior mandible mean bone density was (945.23±102.46)HU,posterior maxilla mean bone desity was (534.77±232.17)HU.Conclusion:MicroCT is a useful tool for determining the bone density.Measuring data have reference value to the initial stability of implant surgery.
