摘要:
目的:观察槲皮素锗对多种肿瘤细胞增殖的抑制作用。方法:槲皮素与氧化锗反应生成槲皮素锗,经结构鉴定为目标产物后,分别用0、10、100 μmol/L槲皮素锗处理人子宫颈癌Hela细胞、肺癌SPCA1细胞、人食管癌EC9706细胞和人前列腺癌PC3细胞72 h,采用MTT法检测细胞增殖抑制率。结果:槲皮素锗体外对上述4种细胞增殖均有抑制作用,以高浓度组作用更为明显(P<0.05)。结论:槲皮素锗具有抑制多种肿瘤细胞增殖的作用。
Abstract:
Aim:To observe the inhibitive effects of quercetinGe(Ⅳ) complex on 4 kinds of tumor cells.Methods:The quercetinGe(Ⅳ) complex was prepared and identified.MTT method was used to observe the inhibition effect of 0,10,and 100 μmol/L quercetinGe(Ⅳ) complex on 4 kinds of tumor cells (PC3, Hela, EC9706 and SPCA1) for 72 h.Results: The result showed that the complex exerted notable inhibitory effect on the proliferation of PC3, Hela, EC9706 and SPCA1 cells,especially the highdose group.Conclusion:GuercetinGe (Ⅳ) complex can inhibit the proliferation of mutiple tumor cells.
