摘要:
目的:探讨卵巢上皮性癌组织中细胞周期素B1(Cyclin B1)和细胞周期蛋白依赖性激酶1(CDK1)的表达及其意义。方法:应用免疫组化SP法检测20例正常卵巢组织、20例卵巢良性上皮性肿瘤组织、40例卵巢上皮性癌组织中Cyclin B1和CDK1蛋白的表达。结果:①卵巢上皮性癌组织中Cyclin B1和CDK1蛋白的阳性表达率分别为77.5%和90.0%,良性卵巢上皮肿瘤组织分别为25.0%和35.0%,正常卵巢组织分别为5.0%和10.0%,3者相比差异有统计学意义(χ2=33.036,39.568;P<0.001)。②Cyclin B1蛋白的表达与卵巢上皮性癌FIGO分期、组织分化和淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),CDK1蛋白的表达与卵巢上皮性癌临床病理特征无关。结论:Cyclin B1和CDK1蛋白在卵巢上皮性癌组织中存在异常高表达,可能在卵巢上皮性癌的早期恶变过程中发挥重要作用。
Abstract:
Aim:To study the expressions and clinical significance of Cyclin B1 and cyclindependent kinase 1 (CDK1) in the epithelial ovarian cancer(EOC) tissue.Methods:Immunohistochemistry SP method was used to detect the expressions of Cyclin B1 and CDK1 in 20 cases of normal ovarian, 20 cases of benign epithelial tumor and 40 cases of EOC tissue.Results:The positive expression rates of Cyclin B1 and CDK1 in EOC tissue were 77.5% and 90.0%,respectively,in benign epithelial tumor were 25.0% and 35.0%, in normal ovarian were 5.0% and 10.0%,and there were statistical differences among the three groups (χ2=33.036,39.568;P<0.001).The expression of Cyclin B1 protein in EOC tissue was significantly associated with FIGO stage, histological grade and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05), but that of CDK1 had no association with the clinicopathologic features of EOC.Conclusion:There are overexpressions of Cyclin B1 and CDK1 protein in EOC tissue,and they may play key roles in the early carcinogenesis of EOC.
