摘要:
目的:研制一种无创测量小动物心率及存活时间的监测仪。方法:采用MB6型鼠尾脉搏波传感器,无创伤状态下拾取鼠尾脉搏波信号,应用单片机对脉搏波信号进行识别,寻找出正确的心动周期,计算小动物的实时心率,并与对应的记忆示波器测量的数据进行统计分析。结果:监测仪和示波器所测大鼠心率分别为(370.0±453) min-1和(371.0±46.0) min-1,小鼠心率(598.4±78.0) min-1和(597.5±74.9) min-1,差异均无统计学意义(t大鼠=0.026,P=0.979;t小鼠=0.049,P=0.961)。大、小鼠的两种测量数据的直线相关系数值皆为0.996。结论:该仪器可用于无创测量小动物心率及存活期。
Abstract:
Aim:To develop a noninvasive measuring apparatus in order to measure the heart rate and survival time of small animals.Methods:By using the MB6type tail pulse wave sensor,the pulse wave signals of small animals were obtained without hurting.Then by analyzing these signals with a microcontroller,and to acquire the right cardiac cycle,which can be used to calculate the real time heart rate.Furthermore,we contrasted the results with those obtained by the oscilloscope.Results:The heart rates of rats/mice measured by the apparatus and the oscilloscope were (370.0±45.3) min-1/(598.4±78.0) min-1 and (371.0±46.0) min-1/(597.5±74.9) min-1,respectively.There was no significant difference between the values measured by the two methods(trat=0.026,P=0.979;tmouse=0.049,P=0.961).Linear correlation analyses of the two data sets showed that the coefficients of correlation were both 0.996.Conclusion:The developed apparatus could hold promise for the application in measuring the heart rate noninvasively.
