摘要:
目的:观察健康教育与心理护理在腭裂患儿术后语音恢复中的作用。方法:40例腭裂患儿随机分为常规干预组(仅接受常规语音训练)和联合干预组(在常规干预的基础上,接受健康教育与心理护理),每组20例,治疗持续12个月。在干预前和干预12个月后分别比较2组患儿家长焦虑评分,在干预12个月后评估患儿的依从率,在干预前和干预6、12个月后评价鼻漏气率和语音清晰度。结果:干预后联合干预组患儿家长焦虑改善情况优于常规干预组(t=8.921,P<0.001);联合干预组患儿的依从率(80%)高于常规干预组(45%)(χ2=5.227,P=0048);2组干预后鼻漏气率和语音清晰度均有改善(F时间=45.337和110.090,P均<0.05),且联合干预组鼻漏气率低于常规干预组(F组间=8.498,P=0.006),语音清晰度高于常规干预组(F组间=14.889,P<0.001)。结论:健康教育联合心理护理有助于腭裂患儿术后语音功能的恢复。
Abstract:
Aim:To observe the effects of health education and mental nursing in regaining speech function after cleft palate surgery in children.Methods:Forty children with cleft palate were randomly divided into conventional intervention group who only received conventional speech training,and combined intervention group who received health education and mental nursing besides conventional intervention.There were twenty cases in each group,and they were treated for 12 months.Before intervention and at 12 months after intervention,the parental anxiety level was recorded;at 12 months after intervention,compliance rate was estimated;before intervention and at 6,12 months after intervention,the nasal air leakage rate and speech intelligibility were estimated.Results:The improvement of parental anxiety level of the combined intervention group was better than that of the conventional intervention group(t=8.921,P<0.001);the compliance rate of the combined intervention group(80%)was higher than that of the conventional intervention group(45%)(χ2=5.227,P=0.048);the nasal air leakage rate and speech intelligibility of the 2 groups improved after the intervention(Ftime=45.337 and 110.090,P<0.05),and compared with the conventional intervention group,the nasal air leakage rate was lower,while the speech intelligibility was higher in the combined intervention group(Fgroup=8.498 and 14.889,P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of health education and mental nursing could improve speech function in children with cleft palate after surgery.
