摘要:
目的:探讨前列腺癌(PCa)组织中前列腺癌抗原1(PCA1)的表达及其与肿瘤细胞增殖的关系。方法 :采用免疫组化SP法分别检测153例PCa组织和135例前列腺增生组织中PCA1和Ki67蛋白的表达。分析PCa组织中PCA1与Ki67蛋白表达的关联性。结果:2种组织中PCA1和Ki67蛋白的阳性表达率比较,差异均具有统计学意义(χ2 =200.242和92.491,P<0.001)。PCA1和Ki67蛋白的表达与PCa的组织分化及TNM分期有关(χ2 =10.537、5.719、14.208和8.960,P<0.05)。PCa组织中PCA1与Ki67蛋白的表达呈正关联(rP=0.340,P<0.001)。 结论:PCA1可能是通过增加肿瘤细胞的增殖活性促进PCa恶性进展。
Abstract:
Aim: To explore the expression of PCA1 in PCa and its relationship with tumor proliferation.Methods:The expressions of PCA1 and Ki67 in 153 cases of PCa and 135 cases of BPH were detected by immunohistochemical assay. The relevance between the expressions of PCA1 and Ki67 in PCa was analyzed.Results:The expressions of PCA1 and Ki67 in PCa were higher than those in BPH(χ2 =200.242 and 92.491,P<0.001).The expressions of PCA1 and Ki67 were related with Gleason scores and the pathological staging(χ2 =10.537,5.719,14.208 and 8.960,P<0.05). The expressions of PCA1 and Ki67 were positively related in PCa(rP=0.340,P<0.001).Conclusion:PCA1 may promote the malignant progress of PCa by increasing the tumor cell proliferation activity.
