摘要:
目的:研究丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)感染后不同临床类型感染者外周血CD4+CD25+调节性T 细胞的分布比例。方法:流式细胞术检测59例不同临床类型HCV感染者(慢性丙型肝炎35例、丙型肝炎肝硬化14例、HCV感染后痊愈者10例)及33例健康对照者的外周血CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞。结果:慢性丙型肝炎、丙型肝炎肝硬化、HCV感染后痊愈者和健康对照者外周血CD4+CD25+调节性T 细胞分布比例的差异有统计学意义(F=13.944,P<0.001),慢性丙型肝炎和丙型肝炎肝硬化组明显高于HCV感染后痊愈和健康对照组。HCV慢性感染者、丙型肝炎肝硬化患者外周血CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞分布比例与HCV RNA载量呈正相关(r=0.780和0.870,P<0.05)。结论:外周血CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞水平影响HCV感染后疾病进程。
Abstract:
Aim: To investigate the percentage of CD4+CD25+regulatory T cell in different clinical types of HCV infection.Methods: The percentage of CD4+CD25+regulatory T cell in 59 cases with different clinical types of HCV (35 cases of chronic hepatitis C, 14 cases of hepatitis C cirrhosis, 10 cases of HCV infection after heal)and 33 healthy control were measured by flow cytometry.Results: The CD4+CD25+regulatory T cells percentage in chronic hepatitis C, hepatitis C cirrhosis ,HCV infection after heal,and healthy control were obviously different(F=13.944,P<0.001).The percentage of CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cell in chronic hepatitis C,and hepatitis C cirrhosis was positively related with HCV RNA load(r=0.780 and 0.870,P<0.05).Conclusion: The percentage of CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cell play an important role in the progression of HCV infection.
