摘要:
优化微波辅助提取瑞香狼毒总黄酮的工艺条件。方法:采用正交实验方法,考察料液比、溶剂乙醇浓度、微波功率、提取时间对总黄酮得率的影响,确定微波辅助提取瑞香狼毒总黄酮的最佳工艺条件。结果:微波辅助提取瑞香狼毒总黄酮的最佳条件为料液比125、乙醇体积分数90%、微波功率900 W、提取时间60 s,总黄酮平均得率为33.184 mg/g。结论:微波辅助法提取瑞香狼毒总黄酮简单、易行,且快速、节能,值得推广应用。
Abstract:
Aim: To investigate the optimal conditions of microwaveassisted extraction of total flavonoids from stellera chamaejasme L.. Methods: The orthogonal test method was employed to study the effects of the solvent concentration, solid to liquid ratio, microwave power,and irradiation time on the total flavonoid content, and determine the optimum conditions of microwaveassisted extraction stellera chamaejasme L.. Results: The optimal conditions for microwaveassisted extraction of total flavonoids from stellera chamaejasme L. was 90% solvent concentration,solidliquid ratio of 125, the microwave power of 900 W, irradiation time of 60 s, and the total flavonoids average yield was 33.184 mg/g. Conclusion: The microwaveassisted extraction method is simple, easy, and fast, energysaving for the extraction of total flavonoids from stellera chamaejasme L..
