摘要:
目的:构建病理学教学创伤愈合实验模型。方法:清洁级SD大鼠28只,随机分为1、3、5、7、14、28 d模型组及正常对照组。正常对照组进行正常解剖学和病理组织学观察。模型组臀背部脊柱两侧1 cm处各作长约1.5 cm切口,一侧缝合,另一侧自然愈合,对创口进行大体和组织学观察。结果:缝合伤口炎症反应较轻微,3 d可见肉芽组织,7 d肉芽组织填平创口,14 d已进入组织改建期,28 d组织结构基本恢复正常。自然愈合伤口表面哆开、炎性渗出明显,多量炎性细胞浸润,5~7 d可见多量肉芽组织,14 d开始形成瘢痕,28 d形成大量瘢痕。结论:所建立的创伤愈合实验教学模型适用于本科教学。
Abstract:
Aim: To establish the animal model which adapts to observe pathology wound healing process. Methods:A total of 28 SD rats in clean grade were divided into six wound groups(1, 3, 5, 7, 14, 28 d) and one normal control group at random. The control group was used to normal anatomy and histological observation. 1.5 cm long wound was cut in bilateral buttocks in 1 cm apart from vertebral column, one side was sutured and another side remained nature healing. Gross and histological structure of wounds and the healing difference between the wound groups and the normal control group were observed. Results: Inflammatory response of suture wound was mild,granulation tissue appeared in 3 d and filled the would in 7 d, then the would entered into the tissue reconstruction phase in 14 d, and finally tissue structure was recovered to the normal level in 28 d. Instead, inflammatory response of nature healing wound was severe,its surface cracked, more exudation and inflammatory cells appeared in 1~5 d, followed up abundant granulation tissue in 5~7 d; at last, scar emerged in 14 d and reached a peak volume in 28 d. Conclusion: The wound healing model is a good animal model for pathological teaching.
