目的:探讨品管圈(QCC)活动在降低神经外科术后感染中的作用。 方法:成立QCC活动小组,确立活动主题,回顾性分析2012年1月至6月在郑州大学第一附属医院神经外科行颅脑手术的329例患者术后感染率、感染部位,探讨发生术后感染的原因、设立目标及分析可行性、制定整改措施,与2012年7月至12月开展QCC活动后行颅脑手术的420例患者的感染发生情况进行比较。结果:QCC活动前后神经外科患者术后感染发生率由18.5%下降至4.3%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=39.736,P<0.001);在基础疾病、气管切开、脑室外引流等相同易感因素下,QCC活动后感染发生率较活动前下降,差异均有统计学意义(χ2=13.527、4.966、18.707,P均<0.05)。结论:QCC活动不仅降低了神经外科术后感染的发生率,同时使圈员掌握了质量管理工具的应用技巧。
Abstract:
Aim: To explore the effects and the application of quality control circle(QCC) activities in decreasing the rate of postoperative infection in neurosurgery patients. Methods:QCC activity group was set up and the activity theme was established. Postoperative infection rate and infection site of 329 patients in neurosurgery department were analyzed retrospectively from January to June in 2012 to explore the causes of postoperative infection. Postoperative infection rate and infection site of 420 patients after the QCC activity from July to December in 2012 were compared with before. Results: The rate of postoperative infection in neurosurgery department decreased from 18.5% to 4.3%(χ2=39.736,P<0.001). Under the same risk factors, such as basic diseases, tracheotomy, external ventricular drainage and so on, after the QCC activity, the rate of postoperative infection decreased significantly(χ2=13.527, 4.966, 18.707,P<0.05). Conclusion: QCC activity could not only reduce the incidence of postoperative infection in neurosurgery department, but make participants master the skills of the quality management tool.
