摘要:
目的:通过与对比增强CT血管成像(CTA)的对比,评价非对比增强流入敏感翻转恢复序列磁共振血管成像(IFIRMRA)技术的成像质量和对肾动脉狭窄(RAS)的诊断价值。方法:对65例临床可疑RAS患者分别行非对比增强IFIRMRA和对比增强CTA肾动脉检查,对两种方法的肾动脉图像质量、肾动脉显影效果和RAS程度进行对比。结果:65例患者中5例因各种原因检查失败,60例成功完成检查,共检出126支主肾动脉。对比增强CTA和非对比增强IFIRMRA对肾动脉图像质量及RAS分级的一致性较高(Kappa=0.536和0.926,P<0.001)。结论:非对比增强IFIRMRA技术为完全无创检查,对RAS具有很高的诊断价值。
Abstract:
Aim: To evaluate the renal artery imaging quality and diagnostic value for detection of renal artery stenosis (RAS) using nonenhanced inflowsensitive inversion recovery(IFIR)MRA, with enhanced CTA performed as the reference standard. Methods: Sixtyfive consecutive patients suspected of RAS underwent both of nonenhanced IFIRMRA and enhanced CTA. Subjective image quality, renal artery depiction and renal artery grading were all evaluated on arterybyartery basis.Results: Sixty patients successfully finished the nonenhanced IFIRMRA examination and 5 failed. A total of 126 main renal arteries were visualized on enhanced CTA and nonenhanced IFIRMRA images in 60 patients respectively. The 2 technique had excellent consistency(Kappa=0.536 and 0.926,P<0.001). Conclusion: Nonenhanced IFIRMRA could gain quite good renal artery imaging quality. It could be the first choice of renal artery screening method.
