摘要:
目的:探讨食管鳞状细胞癌(ESCC)组织中程序性细胞死亡1(PD1)、CD45RO和OX40的表达状况及意义。方法:应用免疫组化SP法检测118例ESCC、39例癌旁不典型增生及39例正常食管组织中PD1、CD45RO和OX40的表达情况。结果:3种组织中PD1、CD45RO和OX40的阳性表达率差异有统计学意义(χ2=32.923,24.171,33.008, P<0.001)。ESCC组织中3者的表达明显高于正常组织(P<0.01)。OX40的表达与ESCC患者的TNM分期、淋巴结转移有关(χ2=8.787,9.756,P<0.05),PD1、CD45RO的表达与ESCC患者临床病理指标无关(P>0.05)。ESCC组织中OX40与CD45RO的表达呈正关联(rP=0.351,P<0.001)。 结论:PD1、CD45RO和OX40可能在ESCC恶变过程中发挥了重要作用。OX40可能与ESCC的侵袭和转移有关。
Abstract:
Aim: To study the expressions of PD1,CD45RO and OX40 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) tissue. Methods: The expressions of PD1,CD45RO and OX40 were detected by immunohistochemistry in 118 cases of ESCC,39 cases of adjacent atypical hyperplasia and 39 cases of normal esophageal tissue. Results: There were significant differences in the expressions of PD1, CD45RO and OX40 among the 3 kinds of tissue(χ2=32.923,24.171 and 33.008, P<0.001). The expressions of PD1, CD45RO and OX40 in ESCC were significantly higher than those in normal esophageal mucosa(P<0.01). The expression of OX40 in ESCC tissue was significantly associated with TNM stage and lymph node metastasis(χ2=8.787,9.756, P<0.05). No correlation was found between the expression of PD1 and CD45RO in ESCC (P>0.05). OX40 expression was positively associated with CD45RO expression in ESCC(rP=0.351,P<0.001). Conclusion: PD1, CD45RO and OX40 protein may play key roles in the carcinogenesis of ESCC. Furthermore, OX40 might directly influence invasiveness and metastasis of ESCC.
