摘要:
目的:探讨血管生成抑制蛋白1 (VASH1)在食管鳞状细胞癌(ESCC)组织中的表达及意义。方法:用免疫组化SP法检测112例ESCC和36例正常食管组织中VASH1的表达,对随访资料进行KaplanMeier生存分析和Cox回归分析。结果:VASH1蛋白在ESCC组织中的阳性表达率为76.8%(86/112),在正常组织中的阳性表达率为11.1%(4/36),差异有统计学意义(χ2=49.307,P<0.001);VASH1蛋白在ESCC组织中的表达与肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴结转移、TNM分期有关(P<0.05);Logrank检验显示VASH1蛋白阳性表达ESCC患者的生存时间明显低于阴性表达者(χ2=9.547,P=0.002);Cox回归分析显示淋巴结转移、TNM分期及VASH1蛋白的表达可作为ESCC预后的独立危险因素[RR(95%CI)=2.334(1.472~3.699)、2.109(1.428~3.326)、2.212(1.299~3.766)]。结论:VASH1可能在ESCC的发展、浸润、转移中起抑制作用。
Abstract:
Aim: To explore the expression of vasohibin 1(VASH1) in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC). Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of VASH1 in 112 cases of ESCC and 36 cases of normal esophageal tissue. Followup data were analyzed by KaplanMeier survival analysis and Cox regression analysis. Results: The positive rate of VASH1 protein in ESCC tissue was 76.8%(86/112), which was 11.1%(4/36), and the difference was statistically significant (χ2=49.307,P<0.001); the expression of VASH1 in ESCC tissue was significantly correlated with tumor depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis, and TNM stage (P<0.05), logrank test results showed that survival time of VASH1 positive expression group was significantly lower than the negative expression group(χ2=9.547,P=0.002); Cox regression analysis showed that lymph node metastasis, TNM stage and VASH1 expression can be used as an independent risk factor for prognosis of ESCC[RR(95%CI)=2.334(1.472-3.699),2.109(1.428-3.326),2.212(1.299-3.766)]. Conclusion: VASH1 possibly plays a role in inhibiting development, invasion and metastasis of ESCC.
