目的:观察乳癌组织中CMYC和MXI1蛋白表达状况,探讨其临床意义。方法:应用免疫组化SP法检测132例乳癌和20例正常乳腺组织中CMYC和MXI1蛋白的表达情况,并分析其与临床病理特征的关系。结果:乳癌组织中CMYC和MXI1的阳性表达率分别为57.6%和50.0%,均明显高于正常乳腺组织(χ2=12.613、14.269, P均<0.001)。组织学分级高、雌激素受体(ER)和孕激素受体(PR)均阴性以及Ki67阳性的乳癌组织中CMYC蛋白阳性表达率较高(χ2=9.135、8.188、7.816, P均<0.05),而MXI1蛋白阳性表达率较低(χ2=7.822、8.123、8.381, P均<0.05)。乳癌组织中CMYC和MXI1蛋白表达呈负关联(rp=-0.182,P=0.035)。CMYC阴性和阳性者、MXI1阴性和阳性者的生存曲线差异均有统计学意义(χ2=14.597、22.556, P均<0.05),CMYC阴性者中位生存时间较CMYC阳性者延长(55.98个月 vs 46.34个月),MXI1阳性者中位生存时间较MXI1阴性者延长(56.26个月 vs 44.61个月)。结论:CMYC表达上调和MXI1表达下调可能与乳癌的发生、发展有关。
Abstract:
Aim: To investigate the expressions of CMYC and MXI1 protein in breast cancer tissue. Methods: The expressions of CMYC and MXI1 in 132 cases of breast cancer and 20 cases of normal breast tissue were detected by immunohistochemistry. The relationship between the expressions of the two proteins and the clinical characters was analyzed. Results: The positive expression rates of CMYC and MXI1 in breast cancer tissue(57.6% and 50.0%, respectively) were obviously higher than those in normal breast tissue(χ2=12.613,14.269,P<0.001). In the breast cancer tissue with high histological grade, negative expression of estrogen receptor(ER) and progesterone receptor(PR), or positive expression of Ki67,the CMYC expression was higher(χ2=9.135,8.188,7.816, P<0.05), and the MXI1 expression was lower(χ2=7.822,8.123,8.381, P<0.05).The CMYC expression in breast cancer tissue was negatively related to that of MXI1(rp=-0.182,P=0.035).There were significant differences in the survival curves between CMYC or MXI1 positive and negative patients(χ2=14.597,22.556,P<0.05).The median survival time of CMYC negative or MXI1 positive patients(55.98 and 56.26 months,respectively) was longer than CMYC positive or MXI1 negative patients(46.34 and 44.61 months,respectively).Conclusion: The upregulated expression of CMYC and downregulated expression of MXI1 may be related to the carcinogenesis and development of breast cancer.
