摘要:
目的:分析伴冠心病牙周炎患者牙周局部炎症表面积(PISA )和血脂四项(TG、TC、HDL和LDL)的关系。方法:选取123例CHD伴牙周炎患者,对入选对象进行全面牙周检查,计算PISA;检测其血清血脂水平。结果:根据PISA中位数结果将所有患者分为两组(n=61和62),两组人群缺牙数之间的差异有统计学意义(χ2=2.955,P=0.004),多重线性回归分析发现CHD患者的血脂水平与PISA无关,仅缺牙数是PISA的影响因素(β=18.797,P=0.042)。结论:牙周炎可能对CHD的血脂水平无影响。
Abstract:
Aim: To assess the relationship between the periodontal inflamed surface area (PISA) and blood fat (TG,TC,HDL and LDL) in periodontal patients with coronary heart disease. Methods: A total of 123 periodontal patients with coronary heart disease were chosen for regular checkup, underwent fullmouth probing pocket depth and bleed fat detection. From these data PISA was calculated. Blood fat levels were retrieved from patients′ medical files.Results: According to the median PISA ,all patients were divided into two groups(n=62 and 61) .The number of missing teeth was statistically different between the two groups (χ2=2.955,P=0.004), Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that PISA did not relate to TG,TC,HDL and LDL, and the number of missing teeth was the influencing factor of PISA(β=18.797,P=0.042). Conclusion: Periodontal local inflammation may not result in coronary heart disease.
