摘要:
目的:探讨不同方式给予复方倍他米松对老年人腰骶段带状疱疹后神经痛的疗效。方法:将82例腰骶段带状疱疹后神经痛的老年患者分为侧隐窝治疗组(n=18)、皮内治疗组(n=21)、侧隐窝联合皮内治疗组(n=24)和对照组(n=19)。所有患者入院后给予盐酸曲马多100 mg/d以及加巴喷丁900 mg/d治疗,除对照组外其余3组均按分组给予复方倍他米松治疗,比较4组患者治疗前后自发性疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、痛觉过敏VAS和睡眠质量评分。结果:4组患者治疗前后自发性疼痛VAS、痛觉过敏VAS、睡眠质量评分比较,差异均有统计学意义(自发性疼痛VAS:F组间=9.468, F时间=456.796,F交互=9.684,P均<0.001;痛觉过敏VAS:F组间=12.620,F时间=390.196,F交互=11.361,P均<0.001;睡眠质量评分:F组间=11.552,F时间=158.694,F交互=6.900,P均<0.001)。 结论:侧隐窝联合皮内给予复方倍他米松对老年人腰骶段带状疱疹后神经痛疗效较好。
Abstract:
Aim: To investigate the efficacy of different ways of using compound betamethasone for the elderly with lumbosacral postherpetic neuralgia. Methods: A total of 82 elderly patients with lumbosacral postherpetic neuralgia were randomly divided into lateral recess treatment group(n=18), intradermal treatment group(n=21), lateral recess plus intradermal treatment group(n=24) and the control group (n=19). All patients were given tramadol hydrochloride at 100 mg/d, gabapentin at 900 mg/d and compound betamethasone (except control group). The spontaneous pain VAS, allodynia VAS and sleep quality score were observed. Results: There were significant differences in spontaneous pain VAS, allodynia VAS and sleep quality score among the four groups(spontaneous pain VAS:Fgroup=9.468, Ftime=456.796,Finteraction=9.684,P<0.001;allodynia VAS:Fgroup=12.620,Ftime=390.196,Finteraction=11.361,P<0.001;sleep quality score:Fgroup=11.552,Ftime=158.694,Finteraction=6.900,P<0.001).Conclusion: The efficacy of the administration of compound betamethasone through lateral recess plus intradermal for the elderly with lumbosacral postherpetic neuralgia is well.
