摘要:
目的:了解河南省县乡地区孕妇营养知识、态度和行为现状及影响因素,为孕期营养的健康教育提供理论依据。方法:采用自行设计的调查问卷,对河南省13个地区42所县乡级医院共1 086名孕妇进行营养知识、态度、行为现状调查。结果:河南省县乡地区孕妇营养知识较缺乏,合格率仅为37.7%,营养行为亦处于较低水平,合格率为54.1%,但营养态度较好。单因素方差分析结果显示,孕妇文化程度、配偶文化程度、孕妇职业、配偶职业、家庭人均月收入和孕期花费是孕妇KAP得分的影响因素(P均<0.05)。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,配偶文化程度(OR=1.467,95%CI=1.223~1.760)和孕妇职业(OR=1.359和1.817,95%CI=1.032~1.791和1.016~3.249)是KAP的独立影响因素。结论:被调查孕妇的营养知识水平较低,县乡级医疗机构应积极开展孕期营养宣教,促进县乡地区孕妇和胎儿的健康。
Abstract:
Aim: To investigate status and impact factors of knowledge(K), attitude(A), and practice(P) regarding the gestation nutrition in the pregnant women lived in rural areas of Henan Province for providing the scientific basis on nutritional health education in these population. Methods: A selfdesigned questionnaire survey was conducted on the KAP of nutrition in 1 086 pregnant women in 42 hospitals distributed in 13 counties of Henan. Results: The subjects showed poor score in nutrition knowledge (pass rate=37.7%) as well as the nutritional practices (pass rate=54.1%), while the score of nutrition attitude was not low. Univariate analysis demonstrated that educational level and occupation of the pregnant women and their spouses, monthly income per person, and expenses during pregnancy were associated with the KAP scores (P<0.05). However, multivariate logistic regression analysis suggested that only the educational level of the subject spouse (OR=1.467,95%CI=1.223-1.760) and the occupation of the women (OR=1.359 and 1.817,95%CI=1.032-1.791 and 1.016-3.249) were the independent impact factors for KAP. Conclusion: The investigated pregnant women are short of nutrition knowledge. Well organized nutrition health education is needed for improving the nutrition and health status of women and children in the rural area of Henan Province.
