摘要:
目的:探讨不同来源冻融精子行卵胞浆内单精子注射(ICSI)的效果。方法:回顾性分析因无精症采用睾丸和附睾精子行ICSI的895个周期,其中诊断性附睾活检冻融精子7个周期(A组),诊断性睾丸活检组织冻融11个周期(B组),附睾穿刺取精(PESA) 行ICSI后剩余精子冻融13个周期(C组),睾丸穿刺取精(TESA)行ICSI后剩余精子冻融12个周期(D组),PESA新鲜精子630个周期(E组),TESA新鲜精子222个周期(F组)。结果:6组的平均MⅡ卵子数、平均优质胚胎数比较,差异均无统计学意义(F=0.326、1.513,P>0.05),优质胚胎率、种植率、临床妊娠率差异亦没有统计学意义(χ2=4.874、2.766、1.617,P>0.05)。结论:不同来源冻融精子行ICSI可以获得与新鲜精子相似的临床结局。
Abstract:
Aim: To investigate the clinical outcome of intracytoplasmic sperm injection(ICSI) with different sources of frozenthawed sperm. Methods: A total of 895 ICSI cycles were evaluated retrospectively.There were 7 cycles using frozenthawed sperm after diagnostic puncture of epididymis, 11 cycles using frozenthawed sperm after diagnostic puncture of testis, 13 cycles using frozenthawed sperm from PESA after ICSI, 12 cycles using frozenthawed sperm from TESA after ICSI, 630 cycles using the sperm from PESA and 222 cycles using the sperm from TESA.Results: The differences in the median numbers of MⅡ orum and high quality embtyo among the 6 groups had no statistical significance(F=0.326,1.513,P>0.05).Conclusion: The clinical outcome of ICSI with frozenthawed testicular or epdidymal sperm is similar to that of ICSI with fresh epididymal or testicular sperm.
