目的:了解河南省公立医院卫生人力资源配置现状及动态变化趋势,为卫生资源的合理配置提供参考依据。方法:利用河南省卫生信息中心统计的2008~2012年全省329所公立医院重点业务数据,采用描述性流行病学的方法,对各级医院的人力资源配置和诊疗服务现状及其动态变化规律进行分析。结果:河南省二级和三级公立医院的职工总数、卫生技术人数、医师数、护士数、编制床位数及开放床位数绝对数均逐年递增,其中二级医院年均增长率分别为5.16%、5.20%、3.67%、6.09%、5.16%和7.53%;三级医院分别为8.33%、7.88%、4.78%、8.90%、8.66%和5.94%。结论:河南省各级公立医院人员配置在数量上逐年递增,医护配置结构需进一步调整优化。
Abstract:
Aim: To investigate and analyze the current situation and dynamic change of the health resources in public hospital of Henan Province, and then provide evidence and suggestions for rationally health resources allocation. Methods: The basic data of 329 public hospitals were collected by Center for Health Information Statistics from 2008 to 2012 year. Health human resource, medical services and their dynamic change were analyzed using descriptive epidemiological methods. Results: An increased change was observed on the number of workers, health workers, physicians, nurses, designated bed capacity, and open beds in secondary and tertiary public hospitals in the past five years. The average annual growth rate of secondary public hospital was 5.16%, 5.20%, 3.67%, 6.09%, 5.16% and 7.53%, respectively. For tertiary public hospital, the responding number was 8.33%, 7.88%, 4.78%, 8.90%, 8.66% and 5.94%, respectively.Conclusion: Although an increase tendency on the total quantity of health human resource was found in recent five years, the configuration structure of physician and nurse requires further adjustment and optimization in public hospital allocations.
