摘要:
目的:研究miR126、类表皮生长因子域7(EGFL7)在上皮性卵巢癌组织中的表达情况及与微血管密度(MVD)的关系。方法:采用qRTPCR法检测21例正常卵巢组织(正常组)、23例良性卵巢肿瘤组织(良性组)及45例上皮性卵巢癌组织(恶性组)中miR126、EGFL7 mRNA表达水平,采用免疫组化法检测3种组织中EGFL7蛋白表达情况及MVD。结果:miR126 mRNA在恶性组中表达水平低于正常组、良性组(H=43.611,P<0.001);恶性组EGFL7蛋白阳性表达率、MVD高于良性组及正常组(χ2=33.629,F=262.292,P均<0.001)。miR126、EGFL7 mRNA表达及MVD均与上皮性卵巢癌FIGO分期、淋巴结转移有关(P均<0.05)。上皮性卵巢癌组织中miR126与EGFL7、MVD呈负相关(r=-0.413、-0.909,P<0.05),EGFL7与MVD呈正相关(r=0.362,P=0.015)。结论:miR126、EGFL7可能与上皮性卵巢癌的发生发展、侵袭转移过程有关。
Abstract:
Aim: To investigate the expressions of miR126 and EGFL7 in epithelial ovarian carcinoma tissue. Methods: qRTPCR was performed to detect the expressions of miR126 and EGFL7 mRNA in 21 cases of normal epithelial ovarian tissue,23 cases of benign epithelial ovarian neoplasm tissue,45 case of epithelial ovarian carcinoma tissue. SP method was performed to detect the expression of EGFL7 and MVD. Results: The expression of miR126 in ovarian carcinoma tissue was significantly lower than those in benign and normal ovarian tissue(H=43.611,P<0.001).The expression of EGFL7 and MVD in ovarian carcinoma tissue was significantly higher than those in benign and normal ovarian tissue(χ2=33.629,F=262.292,P<0.001). The expressions of miR126,EGFL7 and MVD was associated with FIGO staging and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05). The expression of miR126 in ovarian epithelial carcinoma tissue was negatively correlated with EGFL71 and MVD(r=-0.413, -0.909,P<0.05), and the expression of EGFL7 was positively correlated with MVD(r=0.362, P=0.015). Conclusion: miR126 and EGFL7 may play important roles in the occurrence, progression, invasion and metastasis of epithelial ovarian carcinoma.
