摘要:
目的:以鱼腥草挥发油GCMS特征谱峰面积和其对Raji细胞的抑制率为基础进行谱效关系分析,以确定鱼腥草挥发油抗肿瘤的药效成分组。方法:通过GCMS技术获取不同产地鱼腥草挥发油的色谱图,通过MTT实验考察不同产地鱼腥草挥发油对Raji细胞的抑制率,采用偏最小二乘回归分析技术对色谱峰与抑制率的内在联系进行谱效分析。结果:GCMS特征谱中色谱峰6、14、15、22、25、26、27和细胞抑制率具有较强的正相关关系,其代表物质对抗肿瘤药效贡献较大,为抗肿瘤药效成分组。结论:鱼腥草挥发油的抗肿瘤作用是多种成分共同作用的结果。
Abstract:
To study the spectrumeffect relationship on the basis of GCMS chromatogram and data of the inhibition rate on Raji cells, in order to definite the antitumor active ingredient of volatile oil from Houttuynia cordata Thunb. Methods: The inherent connections were studied between GCMS chromatogram and inhibition rate with partial least squares regression analysis. Results: There were 7 peaks such as X6, X14, X15, X22, X25, X26, X27 of the GCMS chromatogram played the most important role in the antitumor effect, with high positive relationship, and were determined as effective compounds. Conclusion: The antitumor effect of volatile oil from Houttuynia cordata Thunb is the result of combined effect of several components.
