摘要:
目的:检测儿童单眼先天性白内障术后形觉剥夺性弱视眼视盘周围视神经纤维层(RNFL)和黄斑厚度。方法:观察组为先天性白内障术后形觉剥夺性弱视眼19眼,自身对照和正常对照分别为形觉剥夺性弱视患者的对侧非弱视眼19眼及正常同龄人眼19眼,应用OCT测量上述各组视盘周围RNFL和黄斑厚度。结果:观察组视盘鼻侧RNFL厚度为(71.63±10.55) μm,高于自身对照[(65.00±12.54) μm]和正常对照[(65.21±8.29) μm](t=2.396和2.240,P<0.05)。观察组黄斑厚度 [(196.68±15.13) μm]较自身对照组[(184.74±13.84) μm]和正常对照组[(185.16±15.05) μm]增加(t=2.135和2.131,P<0.05)。结论:儿童单眼先天性白内障术后形觉剥夺性弱视眼视盘鼻侧RNFL和黄斑中心区厚度比对侧非弱视眼及正常同龄人眼增厚,其视网膜结构可能存在异常。
Abstract:
To evaluate the RNFL and macular thickness of the formdeprivation amblyopia eyes in children after unilateral congenital cataract surgery.Methods:OCT was performed to evaluate the macular and RNFL thickness of 19 eyes with formdeprivation amblyopia and two control groups(19 opposite eyes without amblyopia and 19 eyes from agematched normal children).Results:The nasal RNFL thickness was significantly greater in the amblyopic eyes [(71.63±10.55) μm] than those in the opposite nonamblyopic eyes [(65.00±12.54) μm] and normal eyes[(65.21±8.29) μm] (t=2.396,2.240,P<0.05). The central macular thickness in the amblyopic eyes[(196.68±15.13) μm] was significantly greater than those in the opposite nonamblyopic eyes[(184.74±13.84) μm] and normal eyes [(185.16±15.05) μm](t=2.135,2.131,P<0.05).Conclusion: It is demonstrated that there are some structural changes in retina such as increases in nasal RNFL thickness and central macular thickness in children after unilateral congenital surgery cataract compared with the opposite nonamblyopic eyes and agematched normal eyes.
