摘要:
目的:探讨前列腺癌(PCa)组织中ALKBH3蛋白的表达与肿瘤细胞凋亡的关系。方法:采用免疫组化SP法分别检测143例PCa组织和125例前列腺增生(BPH)组织中ALKBH3和Bclxl蛋白的表达,分析PCa组织中ALKBH3与Bclxl蛋白表达的关联性。结果:PCa组织中ALKBH3和Bclxl蛋白的阳性表达率高于BPH组织(χ2=147.877和92.133,P<0.001)。ALKBH3和Bclxl的蛋白表达与PCa的分化程度及TNM分期有关(χ2=12.773、6.289、5.074和4.397,P<0.05)。PCa组织中ALKBH3与Bclxl蛋白的表达呈正关联(rp=0.261,P=0.001)。 结论:ALKBH3可能是通过抑制肿瘤细胞的凋亡促进PCa恶性进展。
Abstract:
Aim: To investigate the expression of ALKBH3 protein in prostate cancer(PCa) and its relationship with cell apoptosis. Methods: The expressions of ALKBH3 and Bclxl in 143 cases of PCa and 125 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH) tissue were tested by immunohistochemical assay. The relationship between the expressions of ALKBH3 and Bclxl in PCa tissue was analyzed. Results: The expressions of ALKBH3 and Bclxl in PCa tissue were higher than those in BPH tissue(χ2=147.877 and 92.133,P<0.001). The expressions of ALKBH3 and Bclxl were related with Gleason scores and TNM staging (χ2=12.773,6.289,5.074 and 4.397,P<0.05). The expressions of ALKBH3 and Bclxl were positively associated in PCa tissue(rp=0.261,P=0.001).Conclusion: ALKBH3 may promote the malignant progress of PCa by depressing the tumor cell apoptosis.
