摘要:
目的:检测河南汉族人群中SPD11和SPD160位点单核苷酸多态性(SNP)与肺结核易感性之间的关系。方法:用SSPPCR、琼脂糖凝胶电泳和基因测序的方法检测河南汉族197例肺结核患者和200例正常人的SPD11、SPD160位点的SNP,并进行基因型频率、等位基因频率的比较。结果:SPD11位点CT基因型频率在肺结核组和对照组间差异有统计学意义[P=0.006,OR(95%CI)=1.932(1.196~3.122)];SPD160位点A等位基因频率在45岁以下人群肺结核组和对照组间差异有统计学意义[P=0.028,OR(95%CI)=1.524(1.044~2.226)]。结论:SPD11位点CT基因型、SPD160位点A等位基因与河南汉族人群肺结核发病有关,且可能受到年龄的影响。
Abstract:
Aim: To study the relation between single nucleotide polymorphism at SPD11 and SPD160 and pulmonary tuberculosis(TB) of Han population in Henan Province. Methods: A total of 197 cases of TB and 200 healthy subjects were recruited in the study. SSPPCR, agarose gel electrophoresis and gene sequencing analysis method were used to detect genotype of SPD gene on 11, 160 sites. Results: CT genotype frequency on SPD11 site had statistical difference between TB group and control group[P=0.006,OR(95%CI)=1.932(1.196-3.122)].In <45 years old group, A allele frequency on SPD160 site had statistical difference between TB group and control group[P=0.028,OR(95%CI)=1.524(1.044-2.226)].Conclusion: CT genotype on SPD11 site and allele A on SPD160 loci are associated with TB in Henan Han population, which may be influenced by age.
