摘要:
目的:研究类风湿关节炎(RA)患者与正常人外周血中Th17和Treg细胞的数量变化,探讨两者数量变化与RA发病的关系。方法:根据纳入排除标准筛选文章。采用NOS观察性研究质量评价工具评估纳入研究的方法学质量。对入选的文章进行异质性检验,根据检验结果选择固定效应模型或者随机效应模型,采用漏斗图检验纳入文章的发表偏倚,采用Revman 5.1软件进行meta分析。结果:共22个研究纳入分析。RA患者和正常人外周血中Th17细胞的SMD为1.04(0.76,1.33),Z=7.200,P<0.001; Treg细胞的SMD为-0.43(-0.72,-0.15),Z=3.010,P=0.003。RA患者外周血Th17细胞数量增多,Treg细胞数量减少。结论:外周血Th17细胞显著增多以及Treg细胞明显减少与RA的发病有关。
Abstract:
To study the changes of Th17 and Treg cells in peripheral blood from patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA), and to clarify the relationship between the changes of quantity of the two cells and the incidence of RA.Methods: The quality evaluation of the quality assessment tool for Scale Newcastle-Ottawa(NOS)was used to evaluate the methodological quality of the study. The heterogeneity of the selected articles was tested, and the results of heterogeneity test were selected to choose the fixed effect model or random effect model. The funnel plot test was used to examine the publication bias.Results: A total of 22 studies were included in the analysis of 1 287 subjects. SMD of Th17 and Treg cells in RA patient and normal people were 1.04(0.76,1.33), -0.43(-0.72,-0.15).The number of Th17 cells in peripheral blood of patients with RA was increased, while the number of Treg cells decreased.Conclusion: The increased number of Th17 cells and the decreased number of Treg cells in peripheral blood may correlate with the occurrence of RA.
