摘要:
目的:探讨臭氧急性暴露对豚鼠肺组织一氧化氮(NO)水平的影响。方法:20只成年豚鼠,雌雄各半,随机分为臭氧暴露组和阴性对照组。臭氧暴露组于体积分数为0.000 1%臭氧下连续动态暴露3 h,阴性对照组在过滤后的空气中暴露3 h。采用NO测定试剂盒和一氧化氮合酶(NOS)测定试剂盒测定豚鼠肺组织中NO含量和NOS活力。结果:与阴性对照组相比,臭氧暴露组豚鼠肺组织中NO含量明显升高(t=3.487,P=0.003),NOS活力无变化(Z=0.522,P=0.602)。结论:1 ppm臭氧暴露可使豚鼠肺组织NO水平升高,其机制可能不是经NOS途径介导。
Abstract:
Aim: To study the effect of acute ozone exposure on the level of nitric oxide(NO)in the lung tissue of guinea pigs.Methods: Twenty adult guinea pigs were randomly allocated into control group and ozone exposure group,each group of 10 guinea pigs, half male and half female. The ozone exposure group was exposed to volume fraction of 0.000 1% ozone for 3 hours. The NO kit and NO synthase(NOS)kit were used to measure the content of NO and NOS activity in lung tissue of guinea pigs' respectively.Results: Compared with control group, the level of NO in the lung tissue of ozone exposure group was significantly increased(t=3.487,P=0.003), while the level of NOS activity kept steady(Z=0.522,P=0.602).Conclusion: 1 ppm ozone exposure to guinea pigs can increase the level of NO in the lung tissue, which may not be mediated by NOS.
