摘要:
目的:分析子宫内膜癌腹膜后淋巴结转移及预后的相关因素。方法:收集行全子宫/广泛子宫切除+双附件切除+盆腔淋巴结清扫术的449例子宫内膜癌患者的临床病理资料,并对其随访6~81个月,进行生存分析。结果:FIGO分期、浸润深度是盆腔淋巴结转移的独立危险因素[β=3.368、1.809,OR(95%CI)=29.024(8.453~99.654)、6.105(1.514~26.625)]。COX回归分析结果显示:病理学类型、FIGO分期、盆腔淋巴结转移、腹主动脉旁淋巴结转移是子宫内膜癌预后的独立影响因素,OR(95%CI)分别为5.664(1.837~17.468)、9.685(4.230~22.172)、0.165(0.034~0.803)、0.008(<0.001~0.418)。结论:存在高危因素的子宫内膜癌患者腹膜后淋巴结转移发生率高,有必要行腹膜后淋巴结清扫术。
